Our executive team spent decades inside investor-owned utilities managing distribution operations, transmission construction, substation programs, and large-scale capital initiatives. That experience shapes how we enter new markets. We expand deliberately, build local teams, and operate with the standards utilities expect because we have lived on the other side of the table.

In Texas, Gridco is deploying its full range of services, including overhead and underground distribution, transmission construction, substation construction and upgrades, fiber installation, engineering support, and emergency restoration. Our crews are equipped to support both planned capital programs and responsive work that demands speed without sacrificing safety or quality. Whether the need is new construction, system hardening, automation integration, or storm response, Gridco approaches each project as an extension of the utility’s own operations.

A critical part of this expansion is people.
